Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the one-time video packs sold on Wassup in a Minute AI: $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos and $29.90 for 6 videos. Every video uses exactly 1 generation. Generations are added to your account right after payment, never expire, and are used to create 768p videos that are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Wassup In a Minute has no subscriptions. Video packs never renew, and you are only charged again if you choose to buy another pack.

When you buy a pack, you are buying generations and access to the generation service. You are not buying a specific finished video, a guaranteed result, or any share of a copyright.

2. Generations returned automatically

A generation is used when you submit a video. It is returned to your balance automatically if:

• the video fails to generate, times out, or hits an error on our side or our AI provider's side;
• your photos or prompt are blocked by our safety review before the video is produced;
• the safety review cannot be completed for technical reasons.

A returned generation is not a refund. It restores the generation to your balance so you can use it again, and no money is sent back to your payment method. You can see every return in Personal center → Balance history. If a generation was not returned when it should have been, email contact@wassupinaminute.online with the time of the task and we will fix it.

3. When you can request a refund

Contact us for a refund if:

• you were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout;
• a payment was made from your card or account without your authorization;
• you paid for a pack but the generations were never added to your account;
• a fault on our side stopped you from using the generations you bought, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time. In this case we refund the unused part of your purchase.

4. What is not a reason for a refund on its own

• You are not happy with how a particular video turned out. AI results vary, and a generation that completes is not counted as failed.
• The generations have already been used.
• You no longer want generations that you have not used yet.

We still review every request individually and in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@wassupinaminute.online from the address on your Wassup in a Minute AI account with the subject "Refund request", and include:

• your account email and order number;
• the purchase date, amount, currency and payment method;
• the reason for your request;
• for problems with a generation, the time of the task and any error message or screenshot.

We reply within 2 business days and review each request case by case.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your payment method and your bank; card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, any generations from it that are still in your account are removed.

For payment, receipt or billing questions you can also contact Waffo directly at support@waffo.ai. As merchant of record, Waffo may also issue a refund where the law or card-network rules require it.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Abuse

We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy.
